The following terms and conditions shall apply:
1. Payment to be received not less than 24 hrs prior to pick
up.
2. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before date of travel
will incur a charge of 25% of total fare.

3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before date of travel
will be charged in full.
4. Increases in journey distance or waiting time, at the request
of the client, should be negotiated with allocated driver
prior to transfer and paid in cash, if not already arranged
and payment received by Dublin Airport Transfer.
5. Passenger numbers as per booking form, extra persons will
only be accommodated if space allows, and will incur a cash
payment as per price schedule.

6. The volume of luggage must be disclosed on booking form,
extra luggage will only be accommodated if space allows.
7. If for any reason the taxi does not arrive within 90 minutes
of the specified collection time or flight arrival time, the
cost incurred of alternative arrangements will be reimbursed
to the value of existing agreement.
8. Dublin Airport Transfers will allow 1hour after your flight
has landed at no charge. An hourly rate of €35.00 (euro)
is payable thereafter in cash to your driver. The driver or
Dublin Airport Transfer must be contacted within this hour.
If no contact is made within 1 hour of flight landing you
will be deemed a cancellation and the driver will be instructed
to leave.
9. Due to current government legislation all Irish taxis and
limousines are non-smoking and no food or alcohol may be consumed.
10. Wearing of seat belts is compulsory.
11. All animals must be disclosed on booking form and will
only be transported in secure boxes.
